ITEM 8.01 Other events.
 
On October 25, 2007, our auditors, Hausser + Taylor LLC changed its name to Maloney + Novotny LLC. On November 30, 2007, our audit committee selected Maloney + Novotny LLC (formerly known as Hausser + Taylor LLC) to perform the 2007 audit for SCI Engineered Materials, Inc. The audit firm’s management personnel are expected to remain the same for the audit.
